CDC & CC
Our office will undertake review of plans and documentation and request for additional information (if required). Projects are assessed within 48 hours and if satisfactory CDC/CC approvals are issued within 48 hours.
Step 3
Quality Assurance checks
Once construction commences, mandatory inspections will be carried out by our experienced registered principle certifier/s.
Step 4
Occupancy Certificate (OC)
Following approved mandatory inspections and submission of completion certificates, an Occupancy Certificate is issued.
